Certificate must be ticketed by November 30, 2020. Blackout Dates: JUN-JUL-AUG and between 10DEC-10JAN. Travel must be completed within one year after issuance of ticket. No extension allowed. Once this letter is expired, Turkish Airlines is not responsible to extend it. Confirmation of booking is subject to seat(s) availability. Tickets are not resalable or redeemable for cash. After issuing ticket, name and route changes are not permitted. Prizes may not be sold, bartered or transferred. Turkish Airlines will not be responsible for denied / rejected Visa and / or arrival / departure country by the government of any countries. Turkish Airlines reserves rights to exercise their policies in order to the laws and regulations stipulated as and when it deems fit. This letter is not good for travel and e-ticket must be issued 3 weeks prior to travel. Applicable taxes may apply. Taxes need to be paid by traveler.
Net proceeds from sales of raffle tickets will be used to support the general operations of Northeast Arc. The winner need not be present to win. Northeast Arc reserves the right to publish the name of the winner.
The value of the prize will be treated as ordinary income for federal and state income tax purposes. The winner may be required to pre-pay a portion of the tax liability prior to receiving the prize. The IRS takes the position that no portion of the ticket price will qualify as a charitable contribution for federal tax income purposes.
Members of the Northeast Arc development team and their immediate family members shall not be permitted to purchase tickets to the raffle or win the prize.
Warning: Depositing the raffle ticket or any other material in connection with the raffle in the federal mails is a violation of federal law and may lead to criminal penalties.
